Rules

Neptune was created by the god of the sea, Poseidon. He lives in Atlantis. He loves anything that has to do with water. He is a stubborn horse who often times escaped from Atlantis to roam the earth. He also can create earthquakes with a strike of a hoof. He has been known to cause huge hurricanes when he is extremely angry.

1. Design rights go to Crevan.

2. Can be sold, traded or gifted. (Currently not up for sale/trade/gifting).

3. Breeding is okay.

4. Revamping is fine if you credit design to Crevan.
