Dreamer & Neptune Litter
Rules
1. Reselling is fine.
2. Gifting and Trading is okay.
3. Breeding is fine.
4. Revamping is fine but must include the original artist on the revamp design.
Arion
Arion is the dreamer type like his mother. He can just drift off into space and often times will sit for hours, not moving. He can transport himself to places with just a thought. He often enjoys teleporting himself to random places. He finds in doing this that his imagination comes to life quite literally. If he wishes it into existence it will just appear in front of him.

Personality
He often times stares up at the moon. He is able to control the weather mostly at night. He gets his strength from the moon and his moods reflect the moon phases. On full moon nights he is rambunctious and could be considered a "lunatic". But, as the moon phases change, his mood fluctuates from lunatic to calm and serene.

Personality
Sea would be considered the crazy one of the litter. She can be very irrational and flies into a fit of rage if she doesn't like a situation or things are not going her way. She can control water just like her father and will use it to her advantage if she needs to.

Personality
Stargaze is the greedy type. She will not share anything with her siblings. She can be extremely jealous and vies for her father's attention all the time. She can create earthquakes with a stomp of one hoof.
